Includes

2 looks, shot digitally; Jpeg CD of all pictures IN COLOR & B&W; Online proofing website; all shipping fees and 50 miles round-trip mileage. 2 retouched Jpeg files. Includes 3/4 shot if desired.

Fees are due the day of the shoot. A $100 deposit is required to hold your shoot date. Deposits are not refundable. Headshots can be shot on film if requested for an additional fee. Additional looks are $125 each.

Make-up artists and Hairstylists are available and highly recommended. Each negotiates his/her own fees. Call for details

Professional Actor's Promo Headshot Package, $375 + Maryland sales tax

5 looks; Shot digitally; 100 4x6 matte proof prints, with selects indicated by photographer; all photos on jpeg CD in color and B&W; online proofing website; all shipping fees and 50 miles round-trip mileage; 5 high resolution retouched Jpeg files ready for reproduction. Includes 3/4 shot, 100 customized color postcards and 100 double sided color comp-cards.

Headshots Seminar, Free to groups of 10 or more

Learn what you can do to work WITH your photographer to make your photos turn out beautifully. There are lots of ways to get more bang for your buck out of a photograph, yet no one really addresses the simple steps you can take to improve your photo sessions. Learn about shoot prep, using posing skills & body language to make pictures more evocative, interviewing photographers, basic photo composition and more, as well as having a straight-up Q & A with a photographer willing to tell you anything! Ever wonder about black & white vs. color? Studio vs. natural light? Film vs. digital? Why photographs are so expensive? Or maybe even why your last headshot didn’t turn out so well? ALL questions will be answered and we will be happy to look at your current or past headshots for discussion. This class has been offered by both the Actors Center and Baltimore Theatre Alliance. Discounts:

• Baltimore Theatre Alliance and Actors Center members are eligible for a $50 discount. Membership cards must be shown.
• All students are given a $50 discount for any type of session. Students must have a valid ID or be obviously under 18.
• No more than one discount can be applied to any shoot.

Business Policies:

Cancelations: If you need to cancel your shoot, all of your $100 deposit is refundable until 72 hours before the shoot. After that time, your deposit is non-refundable, due to expenses already incurred by the photographer. In case of emergency shoots can be rescheduled 1 time without forfeit of deposit with appropriate advance notice (minumum 48 hours).

Advance Payment: All photography services must be paid for in advance or at time of ordering. This includes retouching and additional prints. Shoots must be paid for the day of or before.

Bounced Checks: Bounced checks will be charged a $50.00 service fee. Full payment must be made in 30 days or an addition $50 fee will apply. Payment not received within 60 days will be turned over to a collection agency.

Delinquent Payment: Full payment must be made in 30 days or an addition $50 fee will apply. Payment not recieved within 60 days will be turned over to a collection agency. Photos will not be delivered untill full payment is received.

Refunds: Refunds are not given for aesthetic reasons on photographic or retouching services.

Minors: All subjects must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian for the duration of the shoot.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change. Posted prices are accurate, up to date, and honored at all times. Quoted prices are honored up to 12 months from time of estimate except for sale prices. Sale prices are only valid during sales.
